is a specialized unit under our organization, jointly headed by Dr. Mwije
Solomone and Mr. Joseph Kyakuwa, who bring a wealth of experience in
academic guidance, visa processes, and international student placement.
Our Mission
To empower Ugandan students and beyond with opportunities to access quality international education through professional visa guidance, mentorship, and global partnerships.

The department works in close collaboration with international universities, embassies, and educational agencies. We also leverage partnerships with organizations such as GREF, JCRC, and other academic/research institutions with global recognition and support from funders like CDC/PEPFAR.

- Facilitating applications to top universities across the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
- Strengthening student applications with personal statements, CVs, and recommendation letters.
- Pre-departure orientations on culture, travel, and academic life abroad.
- Airport pick-up and initial settlement arrangements through our networks.
- Guidance on maintaining student status and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Connecting students with alumni and mentors for continuous support.
