Consultation & Service Policy

At Harvey World Travel Uganda, we pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and client-centered service delivery. Our consultation policy is designed to guide clients clearly on fees, service timelines, and our role in the visa process.

1. Consultation Fees

We offer flexible consultation options to cater to both local and international clients:

• In-Office Consultation: UGX 30,000 per session.
• Online Consultation (Zoom/WhatsApp/Email): UGX 50,000 per session.

Payment of the consultation fee grants you access to:

• A one-on-one session with our visa specialists.
• Guidance on document requirements for your specific visa category.
• Step-by-step advice on how to prepare for visa interviews.
• Answers to your personal questions regarding travel, documentation, and consular procedures.

2. Working Hours

Our offices are open to serve you during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon (strictly by appointment)

📌 Please note: We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Consultation Receipt Validity

• Every consultation receipt issued is valid for two (2) weeks from the date of payment.
• Clients are encouraged to follow up within this period to maximize the benefits of the consultation.
• Expired receipts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Our Role in the Visa Process

It is important for all clients to understand our scope of service:

• Harvey World Travel Uganda does not guarantee visa approval.
• Final visa decisions are entirely made by the consulate or embassy of the respective country.

Our responsibility is to:

• Ensure your documents are complete, accurate, and well-presented.
• Provide professional interview preparation and mock sessions.
• Offer guidance on timelines, visa categories, and application procedures.

5. Re-Application Policy

• If a client’s visa application is unsuccessful, Harvey World Travel Uganda offers a discounted re-application service.
• Such clients are required to pay only 50% of the standard consultation fee for a fresh application.
• This ensures continued support without imposing the full cost again.
